She is committed to facilitating positive change and fostering emotional well-being in individuals.

 She did BA in Psychology (Hons) (Delhi University) & MSc in Counseling Psychology (Christ University). She has 6 years of experience working as a therapist. She has completed 4000 hours of individual counseling & 360 hours of webinars & workshops both offline & online.

 She has worked with a prominent Career counseling firm in Delhi & did a government project of conducting 1,000 career assessments for children. She has been a Corporate Psychologist for Accenture, Bangalore for 3 years helping employees to manage stress & contribute to a healthier work-life balance.

 She likes to explore different therapeutic modalities. She is a certified Advanced Pranic Healer which is a holistic approach to healing. She has learned Dance Movement Therapy & Expressive Art Therapy to encourage self reflection & a sense of mindfulness. She is an avid practitioner of Yoga & Meditation as she believes that grounding exercises can have a profound impact on regulating emotions.
